Victory Headquarters Christian Center is an anointed Non-Denominational Ministry led by Bishop Charles D. Gregory Sr., Ed.S. and Lady Edith M. Gregory. It is "One Church" in "Two Locations." The headquarters is in Anniston, Al. and the north Campus is in Madison, Al. This ministry mission is to "Enlighten, Empower, and Encourage all mankind, by Living, Sharing, Teaching, and Preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
